These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any mobile application published by Thats Good Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our") on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

What you can't do

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense our apps. You may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

No warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thats Good Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to our apps will not exceed the amount you paid to download the app, if any.

Purchases

Some of our apps are paid downloads or include in-app purchases. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's refund and billing policies. We do not process payments directly.

Changes to the apps

We may update, change, or discontinue any of our apps at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of an app.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
